A questionnaire is vital and one of our consultants will work in conjunction with you to design a bespoke questionnaire that will reflect your business, your procedures and aspirations for best practice. Questions will be compiled in sections that can easily be distributed and communicated to separate teams within the business. A scoring scheme will be decided upon and questions can be weighted with respect to importance within the business.
Insight Mystery Shopping places a strong emphasis on the qualitative feedback of a visit and the visit reports are heavily commented with detailed explanations of the shoppers experience and feelings. Visit reports are in an easy to read format and contain statistical and graphical analysis. They are returned to the client promptly after the visit. Reports can be sent by email or post or both.
