Our selection process is very thorough and only the highest calibre of shoppers are recruited. Prior to every visit your named consultant will communicate directly with the mystery shopper to provide them with a detailed briefing of the scenario and visit.
The reports are written on the same day as the visit and then checked by your consultant. Reports are checked meticulously for accuracy, content and tone. We will ensure that you are receiving an accurate detailed report that can act as a truly constructive management tool within your business.
